About Us
Mike and Amy O'Neil grew up in the Chester community and built a business based on local talent and Vermont craftsmanship. Ours is a special kind of business, relying heavily on referrals and word of mouth. We know that our work is our calling card, so your job is always the most important task of the day no matter how big or small.
Today, the hard work continues to pay off as we employ a crew of 14 full-time operators, drivers and laborers and maintain an extensive fleet of equipment including excavators, skid steers, roller/compactor, grader, backhoe, mowing tractors, dump trucks and tractor trailer combination units.
